Bangladesh : Withdrawn & Unissued 20p stamps on Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain in Block of 4 Format MNH 1995.

The stamps was programed to issue on occasion of 8th Death Anniversary of this political person on 16th October 1995. An opening ceremony was held in Gazipur, Dhaka in that morning. Accordingly post offices start sales and but due to dispute, stop opening. As soon as post offices get notice, approximate within 2 hours post offices stop selling and withdraw remaining quantity from all post office in Bangladesh. Finally It was never issued.
