FDC & SPECIAL CANCELLATION :
Bangladesh Post office issued a s/s on this occasion on 10th April 2009. During the exhibition in china 10th April to 16th April, 7 different chancellor will be issued. For the day 10th April a First day cover also issued in limited quantity. Only 650 pcs FDC has been distributed from Dhaka GPO and sold out with in a week .
SPECIAL LIMITED QUANTITY S/S (ONLY 750 PCS):
Post office arrange to sale only 750 pcs S/S with control number in their booth at China 2009 international stamp exhibition. First they decided to sale at a price US$10.00 (About 700 Taka) each but finally they sold at US$3.29 (About 230 Taka) each. 500pcs sold in their booth at China and 250pcs return to Bangladesh. Design and format are same but only exception is unique serial number.
*** 12-08-2010 - On this year (2010) on "Thailand 25th Asian International Stamp Exhibition" they took about 225pcs this limited edition M/S and sold at their booth in Thailand 25th Asian International Stamp Exhibition. This time they have sold this M/S in 250 baht (about 500 Bangladesh Taka).
