In case of service stamps, the same was used as well as different offices use their own rubber seal. Those are much more limited available on cover or mint.

Postal stationery was also used with hand rubber print. Though use of rubber print stamps prohibited from 27-4-1974, postal stationery was valid to use till 7th October 1974.
